(x): Lilah says, "She had spunk."

(x): Lilah says, "I like that in a girl."

(x): x says, "I'm going to not read into that double entendre."

And now you know, folks.

QUOTE
Tiny flames flicker in the stubs of beeswax candles as you ink the final
flourishes to your weighty tome, a treatise of such magnificence and novelty
that your reputation as the premier scholar of the Kingdom is assured. Grandly,
you dip your quill into the ink pot before you scribe, at last, your name. But
what! A simple grammatical mistake. As the blood drains from your face, you
thumb frantically through the costly vellum pages. All the way through, "you're"
and "your" are confused, used interchangeably, used wrongly. Unbidden, a low
moan forces through your lips.

I'm so guilty of this!! I laughed so hard when I read that. I love the dreams in this game.

I've never seen that dream, but that's very clever and at the same time scathing of a lot of people. It does show depth rather than normal event dreams.

QUOTE
Stepping forward, you uncoil your body, thrusting a wire-hilted rapier into an
old green dragon's chest.
Unable to sustain the beating anymore, an old green dragon collapses lifelessly
to the floor, broken and beaten.
You have slain an old green dragon.

QUOTE
You close your eyes, curl up in a ball, and fall asleep.
You sit with good company around the glowing campfire as the sky above turns dark and the moon rises steadily. A gust of wind blows through your small clearing, carrying with it a horridly familiar smell... the infamous dark elves are afoot! You jump to your feet trying to see anything in the dark of the forest, but you are aware of nothing except your own fear.
"Forward March!" your sergeant cries, his voice echoing across the marching ground. Juggling the hilt of your sword in one arm, and your spear in the other, you clumsily march across the grounds, eliciting a disgruntled cry from the sergeant. "Once more!" you hear loudly, as you turn and march back to your post with a tired groan.

A gust of wind blows through your small clearing, carrying with it a horridly familiar smell... the infamous dark elves are afoot! You open your eyes and stretch languidly, feeling deliciously well-rested.

Umm... Reoccurring nightmare much? This really happened

Happens with me too, except I get the goblin-stealing-valheru-artifact dream 8-10 times in a 3 minute span.

QUOTE
A heatless flame engulfs the room before undulating into a sheet of fire.
A vista of a great walled city appears on the undulating sheet of fire. A great host of Moredhel, Giants, Goblins and Trolls with their human allies are attacking the city. A beautiful Moredhel sits upon a throne of gold and casts dark spells at the city. At the last the city falls and a one-eyed man sets off a surprise for the invaders. The city explodes in a ball of fire, killing tens of thousands of attackers, mostly goblins and human mercenaries. The heat scorches the ground in all directions. A face appears high in the clouds above the city, the Lord Prandur, his eyes alight with passion and a smile on his smooth face. In the end, nothing remains but a husk of destruction. The flame suddenly winks out as if it never came and the room returns to normal.

I was thinking about that the other day... and then I thought, "what other events could there be?"

And I got this image of the lesser Gods fighting the Valheru host, and Lord Prandur turning the Dragons breath away with a wave of his hand, thought it'd be pretty cool.
