I heart this new show I stumbled across called 'Kyle XY' Pretty damn good!
OMGOMGOMGOMG MY FAVORITE SHOW EVER. SERIOUSLY, RHURIC, WE SHOULD JUST GET MARRIED, WE LISTEN TO THE SAME MUSIC AND WATCH THE SAME SHOWS, SO IT'S PRACTICALLY AWESO-- Yeah, done gleeful shouting.
I love Kyle XY though, it's my favorite show, bar none, and yes, I've seen to the end - the show was yanked off during the third season due to the writers strike that was goin' down at the time but then came back afterwards, only - ABC Family did -no- advertisement, so no one noticed - well, save those of us who were frothing at the mouth from withdrawal. So ABC cancelled the show when it dropped from their number one spot to their number two - and replaced it with Secret life of an American Teenager, which is for lack of a proper curse word,
poopy. They did sit down with the writers of the show after it was officially cancelled forever and ever, and have them answer some questions and solve the remaining riddles, however - and personally, everything the writers intended to do with the show (for every single character) was -exactly- what I wanted - so I happily watch the show still (I'm slowly converting everyone I've ever met to it's fanbase) because my imagination fills in the end with 'what would have happened' and I'm walking about with a stupid grin of bliss upon my face until someone pulls me back to reality.
The premise of the show is a little far-fetched, sure, but the characters are awesome and the chemistry between the actors and actresses on the show is undeniably great. Plus, everyone on the show is ridiculously adorable. Or rugged. Bruce Thomas (Steven Trager) should just replace all the world's baby banks with his stock, we could use more men like him running around, procreating.
P.S. If anyone knows someone in real life that's got the same personality as Andy Jensen, please let me know for wooing purposes.
Edit - my fanboyism for this show is great. I watched the entire first and second seasons without stopping, and did not leave my computer chair until the final credits. Twenty two hours, give or take a bit, and I did not even -notice-. So uh.. excuse any gushing that might have taken place in my above post.
